Catch Forklore on the move at local markets across the Ottawa region — from Merrickville to Orleans and everywhere in between — serving up bold bites, smoky meats, and handcrafted flavours that turn heads (and feed hungry hearts).
We bring an ever-changing menu to each pop-up: think smoky brisket, Cubanos crisp off the press, chicken slow-cooked all morning, and slaws with just the right tang. Every dish is designed to satisfy — warm, filling, and full of Forklore flair.
